My stay at the hotel was outstanding! The rooms were beautifully designed with a lovely bathroom and the bed was so comfortable. The service was top-notch with a responsive staff at the reception desk and concierge team always ready to assist. The location was unbeatable, right in the heart of the city center, making it easy to explore all that Hanoi has to offer. The dining options were fantastic with a variety of choices available. However, the only downside was the high price for some services.
